Funny, by putting it in afterward it makes it feel like sone trivial throwawy thing. Post-release what significant and meaningful addition can be made? It's a feature that will either be useless, go totally unnoticed, or just die altogether. If Molyneux really wants to use Kinect in such a meaningful manner and he can't do it in Fable III without missing milestones he needs to just make another game, fully fleshed, and standalone.
@J03yyz yeah...That's just your opinion Fable 2 was pretty good if you ask me :3 And Im sure this will be just as great if not better =)
Wow. They don't have Kinect functionality at launch for the only game announced that I might want to try with Kinect..
I loved both Fables. They very rarely took themselves seriously and were great fun. Haters can get lost.
Sweet, this means that I can for sure enjoy Fable 3 without Kinect, and wait to see what they do with it to decide if it's worth it.
Fable looks good, but i'm starting a count of core games, used to sell the world on project abortion, which aren't actually going to use it..

Both Fable 1 and 2 were games I kept telling myself weren't what I was promised, but I kept playing them over and over anyway (I've beat Fable 1 at least 3-4 times).
While I'm sure Fable 3 isn't going to live up to all the hype, they've always been fun and solid games. So, I'll almost certainly be getting it.
And, honestly, I'm GLAD Kinect stuff isn't mandatory or even in it, since I don't plan on buying their stupid Eyetoy.

Since when was gears of war supposed to be kinect comparable? I'm pretty sure epic have never said gear will use kinect.

Aside from that Kinect noise (fine by me), the cover hero keeps getting older as the games go on.

Really, if 1st party devs don't push for implementation of Kinect, how the hell does MS expect 3rd parties to jump in the bandwagon? honestly this M.C. craze on the HD twins is looking more and more like epic fail with each passing minute.
If there is one "core" game where Kinect might be used in a useful way, I thought it would be Fable III. With that said, I'm buying the game with every intention of playing it on a standard contoller, anyway.

This sounds awfully similar to what happened with Fable II and co-op, and we know how that turned out. I wouldn't be surprised if, despite him saying this, it gets thrown in right at the end, and it sucks major testes.
