No inverted aim, co-op, multiplayer for Splinter Cell HD

No inverted aim, co-op, multiplayer for Splinter Cell HD photo

Last week Ubisoft released the Splinter Cell HD Trilogy, an HD compilation of Splinter CellPandora Tomorrow, and Chaos Theory. However rather than update the games, they decided to go ahead and remove features entirely. Victims of Ubisoft's axe include missing multiplayer modes, Chaos Theory's co-op campaign, and a complete lack of an option for players who use inverted controls.

Ubisoft aren't only releasing an inferior product under the guise of a pretty HD re-release, but are also alienating customers and a sizable portion of their fan-base. The compilation will be unplayable for those that are accustomed to inverted controls. I can't imagine being forced to play a game with inverted controls. So if you're unfortunate enough to think backwards, I sure hope you enjoy looking at the game rather than actually playing it.

Brutalities revealed for Mortal Kombat X

Brutalities are back in Mortal Kombat X, and there will be "well over 100" according to series creator Ed Boon, a fact that makes me wonder just how many characters the game will have. Originally, brutalities were long ...more

Far Cry 4 somehow gets more dangerous in Valley of the Yetis

If Far Cry 4's jaunt through Kyrat serves as any indication, the Himalayas are an incredibly dangerous place. Whatever isn't trying to maul you is trying to shoot bullets at you. It's like being caught between a rock and a h...more
