This information originated from an interview translated to English from Spanish from Japanese, so it was a little too fuzzy to run with at first. Now that we have an official, English language comment from Nintendo regarding the situation, we can officially get psyched.
A new Pikmin game will (finally) be shown at E3 2012! As a result of the news, Chad Concelmo has fallen into some sort of a psychological-sugar coma. It's like someone sprayed him with Joker-gas. He's just lying on the floor, grinning his ass off, dreaming of HD Pikmin. I'll be joining him down there as soon as I'm done with this post.
The other, slightly more ambiguous news is that there will be a new Wii U Mario title at the show as well. The game is reportedly based off of last E3's New Super Mario Bros. Mii "experience".
