Nintendo has some Thanksgiving deals put together for this weekend.  Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing, said it best: "And if there is ever a question of why shoppers should choose Wii U and Nintendo 3DS this holiday season, the answer is simple: Because it’s Nintendo."

I liked that more than the press release joke that talked about  tryptophan and trip-to-fun. Yeesh!

  • A cobalt blue Nintendo 3DS bundled with Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon will be available on Black Friday, priced at $169.99.
  • Walmart will sell the new 2DS for $99.96 on Black Friday.
  • Target will have the 3DS XL on sale for $149.99.
  • Nintendo Land for Wii U now comes with a Luigi-themed Wii Remote Plus controller, priced at $59.99.

Finally, lots of sales on games will hit the Wii U and 3DS eShop this month. Go buy it all. Because it's Nintendo.

Moon Chronicles gets a season pass, three more episodes coming next month

Renegade Kid has unveiled a new plan for Moon Chronicles, as more is on the way next month. On February 5, episodes 2, 3, and 4 will drop for $4.50 apiece. Or, if you're in a more carefree mode of operation, $9 for the lot. Since the first episode already exists, the rest is basically an add-on for the previous package. Europe is still MIA in terms of a release of any kind.more
