Nintendo DSi receiving Facebook photo app update today photo

Forget Microsoft’s forthcoming bid to nab Facebook fiends. This morning, Nintendo announced that the Nintendo DSi would soon -- as in after 5PM Pacific, soon -- have the power to upload pictures to the popular social networking tool.

According to official release, DSi owners with Internet connectivity will receive an update later today that will add a Facebook icon to the album mode. Any picture taken with either of the cameras, either tweaked with software or naked, can be uploaded to your profile with a tap of the button -- provided you’ve linked your profile on the device after the update goes live. So if you find yourself drunk, equipped with a DSi, and only have a few seconds to spare, you’ll be able to embarrass yourself and warn prospective employers in a short amount of time. Awesome!

Don't forget that this update borks most currently available DSi flash cartridges. You know, in case anyone else uses one legitimately instead of carrying around two dozen tiny bits of plastic.

5pm Pacific Time = America.

Yay. Has the firmware been bypassed yet? What the heck is taking you flash card guys so long? Get on the ball, there's dozens of impatient Tweens out there that are depending on you.

Totally worth the 10 bucks I paid for my Acekard. I played a lot of games on the ds, and I bought the Dsi too, Nintendo is not hurting for money why do they block the homebrew. The iphone has better games anyway.

Thats good. I think a game with a purpose is a game played on a computer 000-885that serves some purpose for the people setting up the game by harnessing human abilities in an entertaining setting. 000-886 GWAP falls under the category of Serious Games.
There are many activities that are almost trivial for humans to perform that have stymied computers 000-887 . These tasks can include labelling images to improve web searching, transcription of ancient text (where OCR software faces a script they are not optimized for and degraded or 000-889 damaged images) and any activity requiring common sense or human experience.
