Nintendo Download: Yoshi's New Island

Mar 13 // Chris Carter    @DtoidChris

Also, Lost Levels

In Wii U news, Castlestorm has new DLC available and Super Mario Bros. The Lost Levels has been added to the Virtual Console. That's it for Wii U news (sadface).

Yoshi's New Island is the heavy hitter for the 3DS this week, with a number of smaller releases to follow. It'll be available at midnight on March 14th on the eShop and at retail. The 3DS is also getting a solid Virtual Console game in the form of Galaga. In terms of sales, SteamWorld Dig is 50% off until March 16th, and Zen Pinball 3D, Marvel Pinball 3D, and Star Wars Pinball are all 50% off too.

The 3DS doesn't stop there, as Madagascar 3 & The Croods Prehistoric Party Combo pack is out, as are Bubble Pop World, Cube Tactics, Lola's ABC Party, and a WAKEDAS demo. So yeah, not a whole lot of exciting stuff, but stuff nonetheless. If you count most of the releases in the preceding paragraph, that's yet another strong week for the 3DS.

If you missed last week's installment, here it is.

As for what I'm getting, I already have Yoshi, and I think I may double-dip on Lost Levels. SteamWorld Dig is a big recommendation from me this week, but you can also find it on PC.
