Nintendo Download: Save the Furries Edition

Jun 21 // Chris Carter    @DtoidChris

Are you ready for today's Nintendo Download offerings? Of course you aren't -- no one ever is! For the 3DS eShop there's Order Up!! ($9.99), a food puzzle game that already exists on the iPhone for free, and Slitherlink ($4.99), which is basically a full fledged "line game" (remember that line game you used to play as a kid?).

The Wii Virtual Console nabs Double Dragon II: The Revenge (500 Points), which is my personal favorite in the series. Nintendo's DSiWare front offers Lola's Fruit Shop Sudoku (200 Points) and Jewel Legends: Tree of Life (500 Points) -- both of these titles look like standard puzzle fare.

Also, I wasn't joking in the headline: there's a game out today on WiiWare called Save the Furries (1000 Points). The description reads: "Furries are cute green creatures that like to visit strange planets and then stroll about oblivious to the dangers around them." Doesn't that sound like Lemmings to you?
