I probably won't be able to get a Wii U at launch because I'm poor but this is a good launch line up. New Super Mario Bros. U, Nintendo Land, and Rayman Legends are must buys. ZombiU could potentially be awesome as well and there's some solid third party support. Sad to see Pikmin 3 and The Wonderful 101 miss launch, both games look fantastic.
I preordered a premium and ZombieU. After really reading up on it, I kind of consider it a rogue like survival horror game. Im really pumped for it. none of the other launch games excite me as much...
I agree with all the arm chair ceo's. Nintendo dropped the ball with too many games at once.
As a mindless consumer, myself, i hate it when consoles launch with so many quality titles that i'm actually forced to decide how many i want and when.
I'm also quite offended that, by the looks of things, quality titles will continue to come out somewhat consistently...that makes for more thinkwork and that usually costs me more money.
Videogame machines are best enjoyed when theyre powered off and not playing games.
Thats why i love my vita. Sure it was expensive as hell at first, but it dont cost me anything now!!!!
Try to keep up nintendo.

Believe it or not, but Sonic Allstarracing is the decisive title for me. I sure already wanted the Wii U, but as a Segafan there'd be no way I'd spend Christmas without that Sonic.
Tekken Tag Tournament 2, NSMBU, Arkham City, Epic Mickey 2 (and probably Nintendoland) will be mine! I would say the same for Assassin's Creed III, Scribblenauts Unlimited, Rayman Lengends, ZombiiU, and Darksiders II would definitely be on my list as well, but I haven't even played the previous entries yet, and I want to get several of the launch window games(such as the Wonderful 101) asap. Eh, I have plenty of Wii games I haven't finished yet, so I'll be okay regardless.
While I was excited about Rayman Legends (Rayman Origins being one of the best platformers to emerge in recent memory), intrigued by Wonderful 101 and curious about ZombiU, I was considering giving giving Wii U a pass (after my disappointing experience with the Wii) until they announced Bayonetta 2 (Wii U's killer app, in my opinion). That said, I'll definitely be waiting for a price drop or two (at least) before making the jump to Wii U.

The difference is that WiiU has a yellow brick road of possible bad-assery coming in the next few years. Mario, Metroid, Zelda, Smash Bros., Mario Kart 8, a possible Starfox game, and a new Pikmin right around the corner (and that isn't even mentioning what third party support could bring!). It's a solid investment for the next 6 years of great gaming!
The PSP had, what... 2 God of War games and a handful of semi-decent games. The Vita has... a gimped version of Uncharted and not much else on the horizon.

Wow I just can't wait to play darksiders 2... Oh wait it's out already. Ok well black ops then, that too, rayman, batman, ME3! Damn, all of them! Well lets see, original content, searching... Wow everything's been done before in some form or another.. oh here's zombiu. Maybe I'll just play some l4d instead of spending 300 on a new system.
And we already finished all these games or can get it on other or even better platforms like PC.

Rayman and New SMB U look pretty great. I'm sure Nintendoland will be great, too. Wii Sports was surprisingly amazing and Nintendoland seems to be designed with the same purpose in mind, showing off the uses for the interface.
Still, nothing so far that makes the console must-have for me. Home consoles are a much tougher sell for me the past couple generations. I'm sure I'll get it eventually, but still waiting on a system-seller.

Thats a quality launch. No launch is ever perfect, but if you like Nintendo, then you're probably happy. If you have wierd undying hate for nintendo, why are you here? Go play your hardcore game and feel manly about yourself, and look down on everyone else as you do it.
Can we get a list of which games will be available digitally on launch day? I prefer digital instead of physical games.
