Nintendo announces EU Q1 2009 line-up, some of it doesn't suck photo

Nintendo has just announced their Q1 2009 lineup, as as you might imagine, it has a plentiful selection of casual and children's titles to choose from, which is a less than thrilling (but not surprising) prospect for most of us, although I do have to admit that there is something about a game called House For Dogs that kind of piques my interest. Do you live in an epic house full of dogs you must care for?

Anyway, you can see the full lineup post jump, and despite what I mentioned above, there are some things I am very much looking forward to in it. Madworld and Puzzle Quest: Galactrix are obvious choices, but Kororinpa 2, House of the Dead: Overkill, and De Blob for the DS also have my interest piqued. Anything in there that you're looking forward to?

Just a heads up, this is the EU release list. I was wondering why I saw games that were already out on there.

I love that header image more than anything on that list.

Besides Madworld, I think. Maybe the King of Fighters collection too.

If by "some of it," you mean Bomberman 2 and maybe Gauntlet for DS and the new Sonic for Wii.

Also, Johnny Bravo?! Aren't they about a decade too late with that one?

Gimme Little Kings Story...

Also, remember this is a European release list. I heard the rumor that Mario and Luigi 3 will come out in the US in April.

What I want to know is where Disaster: Day of Crisis and Captain Rainbow are.

"Hmm, not a damn game on that list I care about... Why the fuck can't Nintendo be good anymore?"

If you can't find one single game on that list to care about, then you're the problem here. Not Nintendo, or any of the 3rd Party's on the Wii and DS.

It's odd that GTA: CTW isn't on the DS list, since we now know that its coming out in March.

Woo NEW PLAY CONTROL. What is that exactly? And I didn't know there was a new mario tennis game coming out, that could be kinda cool.

@myheadsonfire,
New Play Control! is the line of Came Cube games re-released for Wii, taking avantage of the Wii capabilities.

It seems that february and march will have a lot of good games to buy. Way to go, let's start saving money!
