It's almost masturbatory how they keep reminding us why they kick so much ass.
Poor form, Nintendo, poor form.
Wii - 10.57M
Xbox - 10.51M
Although the numbers are actually very accurate, I usually give or take a hundred thousand units. Either way, the Wii is still ahead.
Very nice zing, my good man.

I'd love to claim that was intentionally ironic, but it was just a bug in the system. I think that by this point in my life, I've learned how to click the button just once.
Haven't bought a new game since launch.
Shame that I don't want another game till Smash Bros.
seriously, ninty needs to get on the ball so my girlfriend can go back to her wii and stop bogarting my 360. i swear to god, i don't know what i'll do if i walk upstairs to play bioshock only to find the 360 in the hands of a pixyish viva pinata fan ONE. MORE. TIME.
Surprisingly, reading these comments should actually show that most people love Nintendo and presumably their Wii.
Maybe only 3-4 comments were negative. Color me surprised.
Oh, and throw me in the "yeah Nintendo!!!" camp too.
It sure as hell aint with the 360 and PS3, I own all three systems and the 360 and PS3 for me are depressingly predictable and strangely 90's. I've had to wait over a year for what I consider the first next gen game on my 360 - BioShock - so I don't understand the "I never play on my Wii" camp.
Everyone has different tastes I suppose.
I'm also not down on Nintendo for being successful; they deserve it! Really, it doesn't matter to me who's on top, as long as I can play games. It would matter to me in some sort of post-apocalyptic gaming world where only Nintendo remains, because if the Wii was the only system I (personally) owned, I wouldn't be much of a gamer.
Uhhhh yeah sure games for kids like this one.....

Yes, because I'm sure every recent Zelda game hasn't been a remix of the same old formula. But even then, I honestly don't care for one. If the original formula is still fun, I'll still play it, even if you'd like to consider the newer ones expansion packs.
All games follow a formula set in their respective genres. This is nothing new. If a game can follow a preset formula and still be fun and feel fresh or at least appealing to fans of a genre, than it can't be a bad thing.
On to the consoles though... To be fair, although my Wii has barely been touched, I am planning on keeping it around for sure (I don't have a gamecube). Also, my 360 has been played a shit load to say the least. Why? Well, the way I see it, it's the multiplayer that keeps it all going (in my opinion). I'm not playing my 360 now (I havent played on it for about a week) simply because I haven't felt like going through FEAR or Lost Planet yet. I will soon though. It's also worth noting that once I get tired of playing those two on multiplayer I'll probably be playing a new game like Halo 3, Bioshock, Stranglehold, the list goes on. It's also worth noting that I've played the 360 nearly every day since I first got it.
The only games I'm looking at for the Wii are Super Mario Galaxy and the new Smash Bros. Also Manhunt 2 if you want to add that on there...
Obviously different tastes come to play, which is why you can't understand the "I never play my Wii camp." But what I don't understand is what I'm missing out on that Wii lovers apparently have. Until then, I'll be happy playing regularly on my 360 and PC.
obviously if u can only play LoZ:TP up to the water temple then u dont deserve to play the wii.
Deserve to play the wii? How can anyone not deserve to play the wii?
You do realize a hell of alotta people bought the wii for games that are pretty much the opposite of zelda
They singlehandedly have sold the system by talking at work, soccer games, while shopping etc. about playing Wii sports with lil Jonny and Katie.
I completely agree Shenocide....I don't see anything that the Wii has to offer as of now.
