It was a fun competition, sadly I couldn't put more time into things on Sunday to best my 1919.

It gets really fun at the 1500+ stage, its such a great game. It 'usually' feels like you only ever died because you yourself did something stupid. I say usually, because I was once hit by double bees just before a tricky evading monster part. Also once managed to evade a double fireball attack. I actually swore at the game for even trying something as sneaky as that.

I'm gonna keep playing though.. no idea if I'll ever reach 10,000 meters!

Wow, my record was 1000. I didn't stand a chance at all.

Yeah, it was really fun - contests like this should happen more often. I'm sad that I couldn't enter my score, lol, but I wouldn't have won anyway (I finally did break 2000 though!).

I also convinced my friend to purchase it, and was trying to watch him play; you don't realize how good you get at the game until you watch someone else play it, it takes me no time at all to wipe out the first 1000, and he was watching me in awe.

@Ryan Robinson: Yeah, it does feel like you die because of stupid things; my two enemies were that my brain stopped working when I saw bees, or whatever the the hell they were, and also holding my finger too long and jumping too high. But thinking the mistake you made was stupid keeps you coming back.

All in all, very quality game, nice mix of instincts (esp. when volcano/bees come into play) and logic (starting at the 1500s). Nice contest, Dtoid!

I'm pretty terrible at this game, but it was fun giving it a shot!
