I'm going to load up the DLC and Brad's chest is going to bust out of the screen and suffocate me between his pecks.
I have this code, oddly the best buy here put out the cards with the codes, a shitload of them on the racks to 'promote' stuff. So I took one. Didn't realize it was the actual card they're giving out.

Well, nothing for nothing, but a game like Dragon Age or even Rockstars own Grand Theft Auto IV could throw in a new storyline when they wanted to using the pre-existing worlds. That was pretty much what most of their DLC's did to some effect. Dragon Age's just didn't do so with such girth that GTA's did but GTA's played them off to be completely separate games. I think this idea marries the two ideals into a tighter, better package.
Any way. I think Best Buy can shove it, because all they're doing is trying to one up pre-order exclusives by creating a "rush to get it here first", and thus garner sales for themselves, by doing something like this. I don't have a problem so much with exclusive DLC, I'll buy a game where ever I can get the better deal and then -usually- download the missed DLC's 6 months later, but I don't so much like them turning it into a knife fight -The industry doesn't need anything like that added to the already mostly dismal view of DLC and exclusives.

I have a question. These cases, are they self contained or are they part of an overarcing storyline?
I now don't want to get this DLC. Not because I dislike Brad (It is literally impossible to dislike Brad) but because If it features Nicholson then my TV, My wonderful, wonderful £800 TV will SPIT INTO 8 PIECES AND SUMMONE THE DARK LORD HIMSELF. Taht is because Brad's <insert muscle here> is harder than steel, and there is only one thing more metal than steel. They are the same thing.
