Hopefully they are using their time wisely synching the voice work. Should be great any ways. There should be a spin off game for Vita around catching, training and fighting the little monsters.
I was really excited that this game was announced for the states. Even though It's not coming until the end of the year,I cannot wait to get this game. I'm a huge fan of JRPGs and this generation (and region) has not had a ton of options, or quality. I was discouraging to see the game sell poorly in Japan, so I pray an international release sees the game in a brighter light. Any fan of JRPGs should definitely have this game on their radar.

You could of delved into more detail in regards to their press release. They stated that the EU release date was early 2013 and that the NA release date would be winter 2012, meaning that here in NA we should be getting the game hopefully November or December!

What is really humbling is that as much as I wanted to playing this sort of RPG and Mass Effect 3 come March I'm kind of glad that its delayed!
Another point is that in the press release that said that the game will include BOTH English AND Japanese voice overs! Loved playing Valkyria Chronicles with Japanese voice overs and English subtitles and can't wait to do the same for this game...YOSHI!

Yeah, I am just happy to see it leaving Japan. Big fan of Studio Ghibli, so looking forward to seeing what kind of rpg they help create.
Great news for the PS3 title, but at this localization rate the DS version would be out in 2018 or so thanks to that massive book. Don't worry, I'd still get it. :)
If I didn't already have a PS3 I would splurge for the special Ni No Kuni PS3. Also is this considered a PS3 exclusive it is on the DS or is this game different enough from the DS version.
I just wanna hold this game in my arms and make sweet, sweet love to it. I can wait, oh I can wait all year long. I just consider it foreplay.
Wish this would come out for PC. Cell shaded games benefit dramatically from high resolution and anti aliasing.

Theres never been more japanese rpg options in any gen on any system considering there relative position.
The game sold AMAZING in japan considering the ds version almost went platinum.
