NFS: Shift plus five more from EA arrive on Steam photo

It seems somewhat odd how EA doesn't automatically put its wares up on Steam as soon as they become available by other means.

For instance, six of the studio's videogames became available on the digital distribution service today, and only one of them could be consider "new," if that. I suppose it might have something to do with digital downloads being a thing EA offers, but even still, it seems strange.

A seemingly random collection of games from EA's back catalog ... or is it? I implore you to find a common link between all six games, excluding the publisher they share. Can it be done?

Wouldn't it be nice is Steam had every PC game ever made? That's a dream I can believe in.

Each and every one of those games is a continuation of a series. Even "The Godfather" :-/

All of the titles have an even number of letter Es in them.

ok. SHIFT is new, there's a new Battlefield coming out (so peeps are hyped and may be twitchy enough to buy old versions for their fix). Mafia 2 and MW2 are heading this way and, yet again, peeps may need a fix of Mafia / War styled gameplay. As for C&C...errr... I don't really follow RTS', but maybe there's something coming out in that genre too. Basically, all the games (except SHIFT and maybe C7C)have themes that have certain similarities to some up and coming, big budget title that eveyone's hyped about... thats the best I can do

Might buy Shift later, on Steam its half the price of the retail game here.
