New vid of Muramasa Rebirth as pretty as expected
A new gameplay video for the Vita port of Muramasa: The Demon Blade has cropped up on the interwebs and ... yep. That's Muramasa. Note the beautiful sprite designs and animation, as well as the torrent of flashing blades. Quality stuff there. The original remains one of my personal favorite games released for the Wii, despite its many faults, and I'm thrilled that it's getting a second go. I can't think of a single good reason to think that this game would help to sell Vita units, but I sure hope the people who already have one will give this game a chance when it releases later this year. 11:30 PM on 05.22.2013 Sunset Riders: How the west was fashionableWhen we think of the American west, we think of outlaws and lawmen, settlers trying to eke out a new life in an inhospitable place and, most of all, stylish dress composed of pastels and fringe. It is in that spirit that Jordan and I approached Sunset Riders for the Super Nintendo, knowing that while it was important to be good, that should be secondary to looking good.
3:30 PM on 05.16.2013 Watch the worst Fallout game ever madeJordan and I have started a new game in our Couch Campaign, and it's one that I have been excited to play since we first began talking about the project. As a huge fan of the Fallout franchise and a lover of top-down, exploration shoot-em-up games, the pairing of the two could have been glorious. And Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel is, provided you think train wrecks can be glorious.
6:00 PM on 05.03.2013 Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with some GuacameleeThis weekend is Cinco de Mayo, which is a really good excuse to get drunk while under the guise of celebrating Mexican culture. Jordan and I are getting into the spirit by tackling Guacamelee as our next cooperativ...

3:35 PM on 04.22.2013 We have become entertainment for catsJordan and I have been waiting impatiently for BattleBlock Theater since it was first announced an eternity ago, so we wasted no time in firing it up for the second sortie in our Couch Campaign. Today, we present our first foray into the colorful platformer filled with cats, traps, poop jokes and mystery. It's a lot like our day-to-day lives, when you get right down to it.
4:15 PM on 04.19.2013 The veterans administration in Gears must be hellishI've known more than a few wounded veterans in my day, both family and friends. If there's one thing I have taken away from their experience, it's that dealing with the US Veterans Administration can be almost as annoying as...
4:30 PM on 04.15.2013 Discovering the Retro Roadie RunAs Jordan and I continue our trek through Gears of War: Judgment, we're learning all sorts of things about ourselves. First off, we have absolutely no patience for robots who can't defend themselves. Every robot should be ar...
10:15 AM on 04.12.2013 Gears of War: Judgment Krampus Bro FestThere is nothing (and I mean nothing; no food, nor sex, nor drug) that I enjoy more than the act of sitting down next to another person whose company is pleasant and playing a game with them. Couch Campaign is an opportunity...
