Well, those who complained about the last few trailers can't complain that this one doesn't focus enough on the gameplay. Looking good.

@Meryc The only downside of it coming out on the 12th is Gravity Rush comes out that day too. It's a shame I don't have Multiple Man's power so I could play both at once. Oh well at least I saved a dollar on shipping!
This video features scenes of "gameplay", but does that count as showing off the gameplay? It's showing off the game's visuals, but when the viewer has no idea what's going on in terms of button-presses or tactics we also don't get a strong sense of how the gameplay really works or feels.
Wait, this is out the same day as Gravity Rush? Well this one's going on the "wait for a sale" pile then.

i watched some 20min gameplay footage the other day, god damn this game looked so fin boring. small room, fight zombies. walk to a door, press triangle to kick it open to show another small area to fight a few zombies, this time with a timer. pick up coins. then off to another fence where you keep pressing a button and pull down on the analog to cut the fence. open to small area .
then shit flying around you have to target and hit with some beam gun.

Preordered it on Amazon back when it was $45. Really looking forward to it! The boss fights (from a different trailer) look amazing.
I miss the old Suda. Killer7 and No More Heroes, on top of being visually/aurally pleasing, were deep and meaningful games about Japan's politics, social anxiety, what it means to be a gamer, etc.
Shadows of the Damned was fun, but forgettable.

I was mildly interested before but this game's combat doesn't sell it to me and it doesn't look on par with titles like Bayonetta at all. They should have made the combat flow like a fast paced combo system.
The only main selling points I'm getting from this are sex appeal and the tag of Suda51 on it. Maybe it will just be a decent time waster game.

well already pre order and paid it full on gamestop(only because of the Jimmy Urine costumes as well as the store only a few blocks away)
