New Silent Hill: Homecoming screenshots show off some nurse cleavage photo

It wasn't long ago that Tiff got her paws on a playable demo of Konami's upcoming Silent Hill: Homecoming. You guys are just going to have to settle for some new screenshots. Sorry!

All of the screens are painfully dark, which can mean either one of two things -- they've nailed the atmosphere, or you're just going to have to bump the brightness on our television to find that key you'll be looking for. Maybe it means both of those things. But more importantly, I have a serious question to ask -- have the nurses in Silent Hill always had such large, round breasts? If you ask me, Homecoming is straddling that fine line between pornography and a Marilyn Manson video.

Available on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, Silent Hill: Homecoming and these nurse boobs will be available later this year.

Yeah, I noticed that too actually. Their breasts are awfully supple and full for some un-dead creep-fest baddies. When they're out to attack you they're all bendin' over so you always have a clear view of their cleavage. Basically they're moving, stumbling, faceless, bimbos.

Well, duh. Pyramid Head is a plastic surgeon who likes boobs. So in his spare time he wanders around performing breast implants on all the nurses. I thought everyone knew that.

Funny how Kotaku noted the same thing but it's nothing new. That cleavage baring zombie nurse has been featured in almost every batch of screenshots for the game.

Is anyone else bothered about the fact that this game looks like everything was just ripped straight from the movie? It looks like a game BASED ON a movie. Which is bad news. Silent Hill has always been a game designed by programmers and artists - not guaranteed to perfect, but at least always unique and compelling.

This looks like it was designed by a bunch of artistically starved sheep. All the predictable choices have been made. All the talk of focusing the gameplay around combat... I'm a huge SH fan, but this looks like a cheap, moronic, dumbed down bastardisation of a previously impressive series.

Expecting nothing much from this.

Oh, and if Pyramid Head makes an appearance... He represented James' sexual frustration in SH2 (ffs, he's a giant phallus) so he didn't belong in the movie at all, and he doesn't belong in this game.

Get a clue :/ One game that should never have been shipped to western designers.

I don't recall the nurses' breasts being quite so supple and prominently displayed in the previous games which, incidentally, weren't sold due to sex appeal. They had hecka cleavage, yes, but this one's just an involuntary, post-mortem twitch away from a nip-slip.

Anyway, I'm not really up-in-arms about it, I just think it's a little, uh, off-putting.

Well I was referring to just Silent Hill: Homecoming. They've showed nurses everytime theres new screenshots. Exposed bubelage isn't a new thing in THESE screenshots, let alone this installment of the franchise. I found it funny that Kotaku mentioned the same thing. And maybe hinted toward a bit of article recycling on kotaku's part.

Big deal, wtf. Until a zombie nurse stumbles down the hallway oblivious to her left breast being fully exposed... I'll continue not to care.

The game itself so far looks... well, just like all the others. Maybe thats why I lost interest in the series after the second.

Where's the scary part again? I haven't seen anything yet that looks even vaguely scary.

Instead of playing this, I think I'll just go back and play SH1, the only actually scary game in the series.

Holy crap. Every time I see another picture from this game, it becomes more obvious that the studio has no clue whatsoever what they are doing. Doesn't look like they even played the games, just watched the movie then looked through a synopsis of the games for stuff to plunder.

How exactly is a monster that looks like a porn star from the waist down supposed to be scary/unsettling?

As a Silent Hill fan, I am scared. This game looks like shit every time I see it. The combat is so not Silent Hill-ish, the creatures look lazily designed and ripped off from the movie, the "Other World" version of the town looks stupid and right from the movie as well. This game really has no love being put into it from "The Collective".

I don't care if I have to wait another 2-3 years, just stop the production of this game right now, trash it all, give it back to Team Silent, and let us forget this mess.
