Those who have been anticipating Ninja Gaiden 3 and just can't wait for the game might want to sit down for this. Not because I'm about to deliver bad news, but rather, Team Ninja has seen fit to release so much information on their upcoming game that your legs will go numb and you will hit the floor.
Firstly we have full details of the promised Collector's Edition that will be accompanying the standard version of Ninja Gaiden 3 on its March 20 release date for both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Things that you'd expect in a collector's edition such as an art book (officially called "Unmask"), soundtrack CD, figurines (showing the "Duel of the Masked") -- they're all here and waiting for you. Also included in said edition will be the ability to play four different characters in the Dead or Alive 5 demo.
Now those who don't buy the Collector's Edition but instead choose to pre-order a standard copy will get some parts of the Dead or Alive 5 demo, but Team Ninja has decided to follow the trend of having different bonuses for different stores. Your choices are either Amazon (a duel between Dead or Alive's Ayana and Hayate) or GameStop (a duel between between Ninja Gaiden's Hayabusa and Dead or Alive's Hitomi).
We also have a new video showing Ninja Gaiden 3's multiplayer mode, which will support up to eight players and allow players to customize their own ninjas with new obtainable skills. It's looking pretty interesting, so long as Team Ninja gets things right. And lastly, we have several screenshots showing Hayabusa covered in blood. Oh that Hayabusa!
I like the part in the video where that poor asshole is just standing on the roof, not moving, and gets hit with an arrow. THAT'S GONNA BE ME IN MULTIPLAYER!
FU-Q developers! Stop making games that I want! How am I supposed to play if I'm homeless from buying all your games? But seriously, great year for games. More and more developers are understanding what I want to play.
i just hope there's an option to play with japanese voices(like in Sigma 1 and Sigma 2)
this is a freaking Ninja Game :P
all in all still wary of buying this or not(especially with the DOA5 Demo)
though i want a Shinobi game that is the same vein as Shinobi/Nightshade for PS2 but with faster, much harder(yeah i said that, despite being soo frustrated with the game it was good :D) and more levels and being made by Platinum games and directed by Hideki Kamiya!!!!
Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
Are they Serious?

Same here. Any sort of lag will certainly ruin this.
Even if lag isn't an issue, this looks like it can very easily turn into a clusterfuck of button mashing.
Still excited for single player, and the CE.
Also, Fuck Yeah for Ryu in DOA5.
Why don't you go press circle to die with honor.
