It's another slow week in terms of videogame releases. The only one I'm interested in this week is Pop Cap's Plants vs. Zombies. I've been hearing nothing but good things about it and it does look pretty fun.

Hamza Aziz, Destructoid's Community Director, has been here since day one. He was born when a tiger coughed up a hairball into a pool of ooze. He was one of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before budget cuts. Hamza works as a previews editor and manages a team in San Francisco. To date he has given away tens of thousands of dollars in prizes to readers. What a dick. Actually, Hamza is as kind as he is hairy.

I preordered Patapon 2, and I just tried the Plants vs Zombies demo. I didn't think I was going to like Plants vs Zombies as much as I am... but I'm poor!
If I had the time, Klonoa, Patapon 2, Plants v. Zombies, and Broken Steel would all be mine. As it stands, I'll probably pick up Plants v. Zombies and Broken Steel (if I ever get around to finishing Fallout 3).
If Jagged Alliance doesn't suck ass that'll be fantastic. Does anyone know if it's actually for srsly coming out though? It's been delayed a bunch before.
That Plants VS. Zombies MV was awesome, can't wait to play it.

Plants Vs Zombies is lots of fun. It's a bit of a different take on tower defense, softening up the genre so that more casual gamers (particularly girls and younger kids) can enjoy it. Good stuff, typical PopCap attention to art and sound.
