as a recent PS3 adoptor I'm looking forward to Heavenly Sword (played the demo it was pretty sick). And I'm really looking forward to Drawn to Live, I work in mobile and I'm really curious to see how they pulled that off.

then again, i just ignore all hype i hear about surround a game and reserve all reviews till i actually get to play it myself. i'll give my short, abbreviated opinion of what i've seen of a game, but i don't like to say yeah or neigh without actual game time.
Heavenly Sword looks like a rip off of God of War. Didn't those look exactly like the Blades of Chaos? GoWII truly was the swan song of the PS2, and HS just looks like another reason to not get a PS3.
No no no! I still played it! All the way through to the cheesy ending.
I loved the idea of the concept with Aliens invading in the 1930s/1940s but everything else about it was mediocre at best. The way the story progressed felt like it was "borrowing" from way to many other games/movies, the enemy A.I. was retarded and the alien or hybrid weapons were lame.
I believe they spent the time to fix the bugs, since there's barely any localization that needs to be done. Oh, and CTZ, AC:Wii got delayed 'till October 9th.
Edge Magazine gave it 6. Nuff said. Graphics look awesome but alas when the visual rate goes up you must up EVERYTHING else. Ninja Gaiden and God of War do this stuff better last gen. Shame.
Resistance wasn't awful. It was just horribly average when everyone was expecting it to be the next big thing. Kinda like asking for fillet mignon and getting a plain burger. You like the burger as you have one like it all the time but man the fillet would have been delicious.
Anyway, the only title I'm looking forward to this week is skate. It'll be a nice change of pace after the Bioshock to Stranglehold shooting binge.
Heavenly Sword looks like it will help pass the time till Ratchet & Clank Future: Tools of Destruction and Assassin's Creed. Sorry no COD 4 for me i'm kinda tired of all the FPS.
