The obvious big release for this week is Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. From what I saw and from what Topher described to me in regards to the controls when he was trying it out on the PAX show floor, it looked great.
Aside from that, Dynasty Warriors: Gundam is looking hawt to me thanks to Sterling never shutting up about it. Dead Head Fred looks like it will also be good. Especially after reading Tristero's hands-on preview. I actually had some hands-on time with it too. Unlike Tristero though, I was immensely distracted. There was a Sony booth babe walking around with two slim PSP's attached to her. One of the games was Monster Hunter 2 and the other Dead Head Fred. I really wanted to play it, but ... well ... her tits were huge. I'm sorry.
What's looking sw33t to you this week?

Hamza Aziz, Destructoid's Community Director, has been here since day one. He was born when a tiger coughed up a hairball into a pool of ooze. He was one of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before budget cuts. Hamza works as a previews editor and manages a team in San Francisco. To date he has given away tens of thousands of dollars in prizes to readers. What a dick. Actually, Hamza is as kind as he is hairy.

Um, what about Warhawk? I know that many millions more have Wiis than PS3s, but this is a huge game for Sony, even bigger than Lair or Heavenly Sword — the next big one coming up is Ratchet & Clank Future.
I went to 4 stores looking for MP3, only to be turned away at all of them. I did get a $20 gift card from Circuit City, though. The ad said they'd have it in-store by 2pm guaranteed. No such luck.
I've tried to like the Metroid Prime series but I just...I just can't. I even own both Prime 1 and 2. I can't get into them for some reason, which really sucks because my Wii is collecting dust.
Poor Stuntman, NOBODY will play this one either =<
Also Dynasty Warriors Gundamn was stupid fun when I was playing it at PAX. What it's doing on a PS3 is beyond me though. It's still thoroughly a PS2 game.
Dude, MP3 is waaay different from the other two metroids. I'm a fan of the first two, but this one has much more attitude. It seems this has some influence from Halo, especially the first level.
It is a lot more cinematic, and you're not off in some clandestine planet the whole time, but run across battles between humans and space pirates. The game looks beautiful, and the controls prove the Wii can handle a FPS. I'm sold.
What up with the out-of-context music in that Warhawk video? That's my purchase for the week, once the internet boat arrives in the PAL regions tomorrow.

I'm pretty sure Medieval 2: Total War: Kingdoms is coming out for PC this week as well. Today, in fact. It's kind of a big release and I'm surprised it's not up there. I'm kind of disappointed in a weird way. The Total War series is one of my favourites and I was hoping there would be more enthusiasm around the expansion.
