This week belongs to Capcom with the release of their high-flying combat game, Dark Void. It's a seamless ground-to-air action game that may or may not make you vomit all over yourself. Personally, I'm looking forward to Dark Void Zero on the DSi.
Not much else is out this week, folks. Hit the break to see the full list of releases. What's looking sw33t to you?
Hamza Aziz, Destructoid's Community Director, has been here since day one. He was born when a tiger coughed up a hairball into a pool of ooze. He was one of the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles before budget cuts. Hamza works as a previews editor and manages a team in San Francisco. To date he has given away tens of thousands of dollars in prizes to readers. What a dick. Actually, Hamza is as kind as he is hairy.

I may own Silent Hill already, but the Idea of buying it again for my PSP, is still quite intriguing. Psycho horror in the office, sounds pretty sw33t.
It's pretty amazing that games are still coming out on the PS2 after all these years. I wonder if the same will happen with the PS3 but all the other consoles will go obsolete like the Cube and original Xbox did... not to mention the poor Dreamcast.
I love Capcom and I officially now know that I am not a Capcom fanboy because, although, I was very much looking forward to Dark Void(since E3), the demo did nothing but curb my excitement considerably. Poorly constructed demo or poorly produced game? I'll let GameFly help me decide. Also, looking forward to the upcoming review here.
Dammit, I wanted to like Dark Void. I really did.
"I was very much looking forward to Dark Void(since E3), the demo did nothing but curb my excitement considerably." Couldn't agree more. It went from a day 1 purchase to a wait and see. It's too bad - it had some great ideas. I just didn't think the demo showcased its strengths or maybe the game was just taken out of the oven too quickly the the concept wasn't as developed as I'd imagined it would be.
Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
That's so clever I just shat myself.
Oh, and you forgot Muscle March. The manliest game of the year.
Dammit, I wanted to like Dark Void. I really did.
I really want Dark Void: Zero though...
