[New releases is your weekly look at all the hot new titles coming out this week.]
Surprisingly, there are games out this week! The only one most of you will really care about is Borderlands' new DLC, Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot, for the Xbox 360. Nick got to play with the new DLC content and you can check out that preview here.
Other than that, just some typical shovelware for the DS and Wii. 2009 is finally done and the games coming out in 2010 look wonderful. Check back all this week on Dtoid as we'll be taking a look at some of the upcoming games of 2010 that you should be paying attention too!

As anybody who pays attention to me knows I hate Borderlands and will definitely not be looking to buy this and the previous DLC so I can continue playing this wonderful game. I need Microsoft Points whatever.
I almost always miss out on the inevitable editions of games that include all the DLC at a fraction of the price, since I'm an early adopter type of gamer. However, I haven't bought Borderlands yet, and I might just wait until they release it all with the DLC. You know...be smart for once.
