The major release of this week belongs to Army of Two: The 40th Day. The game is about two lovers fighting to save the world from terrorists ... I think.

The other major release is Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter. It took some time for the crazy first person shooter to make it to XBLA, but it's finally here waiting for you to shoot the sh*t out of everything.

Hit the break for the full releases and trailers of the new games out this week. What's looking sw33t to you, Dtoiders?

I'm liking what I've seen and heard about Skycrawlers. But there's just too much coming out this month and not enough money to go around.

Serious Sam and PWAA for sure. Sky Crawlers is looking good too, anyone know if it's based off the anime film of the same name?

SANDS

OF

DESTRUCTION!

I've been waiting for that game for like, 2 years now. Trying my damnedest to keep my expectations low, but still I AM SO EXCITE.

I want to check out Sky Crawlers, but I haven't seen the movie and apparently it's really important for an understanding of the game. I should probably get on that, huh?

I can't help but feel that EA would have been better suited changing the game to be Army of Four: The 20th Day in order to hit their target audience

Pondering Sands of Destruction, but more interested in Glory of Herecles coming out next week for DS. Then again, getting either would break a resolution about saving for a PS3.

Oh well, I need to save for an HDTV first anyway and I know I can wait on FFXIII, in March Infinite Space, Pokemon HG/SS and SMT: Strange Journey deserve my full attention.

@ Isay Isay: Totally agree with you. But that make it too complicated or would it be work well enough, that everybody has a grasp of what's going on at any given time?

I just don't know. Either way, I don't care. I'm getting this!

Just, not right now.

I'm getting Mass Effect2, Splinter Cell: Conviction and Final Fantasy XIII first. :-)
Army of two will probably be in my hands around summer time when games as well as rain dries up in the summer.
