I'd guess so, especially after seeing this new video on IGN. They recieved this teaser trailer from Ubisoft. The silly scene involves a Rabbid (from Rayman Raving Rabbids) and the Balance Board that will come packed in with WiiFit when its released on May 19th. The company isn't commenting on what this video means, but I think it's fairly obvious: the next Rayman Raving Rabbids title will use the WiiFit Balance Board in some fashion.
While I'm not necessarily that interested in WiiFit, I do enjoy some casual gaming with Raving Rabbids. It will be interesting to see how they work this device into their game. And, if nothing else, it gives everyone that picked up WiiFit something else to use the Balance Board on.
Do you see yourself picking up WiiFit and/or this new Raving Rabbids title?

liquidninja: not at all. they could do some superlush 2-d on the PS3 and make me happy. What they don't need to do is make it a Wii game. or worse, a DS game
Those Rabbids are always cute.
I'm still waiting to see how other titles incorporate the balance board (I'm looking at you, potential Skate. rumors).
But, it's nice to see it taking off per say with 3rd parties.
Guess Nintendo's being a tad smart. They need to use that damn thing as a new peripheral that's not JUST for Wii Fit and maybe they'll make some money off of it.
@Dale North
There's no reason they couldn't make it for the PS3 then scale it down to the Wii. Anyway, I think superlush 2D is possible on the Wii I mean just look at Sonic Unleashed.
With my recent purchase of a Wii, I must say that this is to gimmicky for me. A new Rayman would be sweet, but I am not completely sold on the idea of this Wiifit board.
well I bought wii fit, the sheer stupidity of it was hard to resist so anything else for the board definitely appeals to me.
If only so i can convince myself that it was worth £70
Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!

But Ubisoft should really make a new Rayman game. Not a minigame collection with a bunch of cute yet crazy bunnies but a good old platformer.
yes
WiiFit
Hell no!

Wait a second... this made me realize something else...
HOLY CRAP! WE NEED A BALANCE BOARD BASED WARIO WARE!!!
Come on Epic, do the right thing.
