I've been looking forward to Nostalgia ever since Ignition announced it was coming to the Nintendo DS, and new screens and video make me feel even more hopeful for the title. The game is coming out this month, and while I have a flood of games to play, I don't think I can pass this one up -- the combination of world travel and airship presence just kind of makes me weak in the knees.

You can check out the game's official site if you'd like to learn more about it. It's a must get for me, that's for sure. Interested, or does the flood of RPGs on the DS kind of have you desensitized to the genre?

wanderlust - good word!

I can't wait for this game, personally, as I'm on a DS RPG kick, and bought Kingdom Hearts 358/2 and FFIV DS in the past week.

You know that feeling when you see something epic, and you get goosebumps everywhere? That is how I measure hype.

My hype sensors: THEY ARE FUCKING TINGLING

@Mag - I'm right there with you. I freaking LOVE my DS just for the RPG's alone. KH 358/2 Days is so freaking EPIC. and FFIV was a blast. Between this and Dragon Quest IX, I am just in heaven.

I think I saw a review for this about a month ago - guess it was the Japanese version?

Looks like it should be good as long as they get the characters down.

I don't know, nothing about that trailer made me interested. Sure they have the moving planes on a map from Indiana Jones but that probably isn't even in the game. I love rpgs, but this looks bland and general so far.

Holy crap, why haven't I heard about this game before? This game is giving me nostalgia for skies of arcadia, in a good way. Definetly on my radar now!

Since I'm brazilian and have been to Rio de Janeiro a bunch of times already, I'm interested to see if they'll put the actual cities in there or just come up with unrealistic/fake landscapes. I truly hope they'll do the right thing, though.

This definitely looks like something I would be into.

Even as a long-time RPG fan I'm having trouble getting too excited about this one, I have to admit...the fact that it's set in the "real world" gets my attention, but otherwise I'm not particularly sold on the overall look, or what I've glimpsed of the story and characters. I'll be waiting for some more impressions of this one.

Um, sign me up! :) Looks like a DS version of Evolution in a way.

Oh god I hope this comes to Europe.

There's been so many RPGs for the DS lately, it's easily one of my favourite systems this generation because of it.
