Konami's upcoming action game in which you play as an immortal demon hunter on present-day Earth who is unfazed by his own body parts being blown about -- yes, I'm talking about NeverDead -- still looks as though its January 31 release date will be happening.

When word came out of the game's official release date, we got some screenshots, so now Konami is pushing out more images because, well, why not? It all still looks as wacky and out-there as it did when it was first announced way back at E3 2010, but we'll have to wait and see if the game itself is fun to play.

Review: NeverDead

When creating a videogame protagonist with a particular super power, there's an extra responsibility to create a challenging, rewarding sense of balance. If your hero has enhanced strength and speed, how do you keep enem...more

Here's a whole bunch of new art and screens for NeverDead

Konami's NeverDead is out at the end of the month, and there's a bunch of new art and screenshots to celebrate. Seems like the game's been in development for fifteen thousand years, so I'm glad to see it finally on the horizo...more

Preview: NeverDead

I’ve had my eye on NeverDead since the first trailer, yet at that brief introduction to the title few people I talked to seemed to share my enthusiasm and anticipation for the game. Meanwhile, I was digging the art dire...more

NeverDead gets a balls-mental trailer

NeverDead has a new trailer for your amusement, and at the very least, it looks completely insane. As to whether it'll be a good game ... well, that's another thing entirely.  It certainly looks a little rough around th...more

I still haven't beaten that Bloodborne TGS demo

Usually seeing a demo you played just a month ago means there isn't too much more to wring out. This is not the case with Bloodborne. The Tokyo Game Show demo bested me. That same demo was playable today at Paris Games Week. ...more

Laser Fury looks like Diablo but neon and radical

I do not mean to suggest that Diablo is not good, but the dreary look never really grabbed me, even with Diablo III's improvements in that respect. Laser Fury, on the other hand, takes a hold of my eyes immediately...more

Particulars explores the subatomic world next month

I always appreciate seeing science represented in games, outside of the typical "heroes need to clean up the mess these mad scientists made" trope. Videogames can be so powerful as tools for learning, and that potential is s...more
