It held my attention for a surprisingly long time, though, especially considering I don't usually play multiplayer games.
People still make the same tired insult about MP they don't play?
The answer to both questions is yes.
The MP is fun don't get me wrong, but when you play one game you've played them all.
sorry about your damn luck Jordan, must be a real pain in the ass to write a little blurb about these every few months.
No. Just keep churning away at multiplayer maps so EA can justify their Online Passes.
As much as I also want single player content...
Dude... it's... FREE.
Geezus, you can't please anyone these days.
This is like their 3rd FREE DLC add-on for MP and a FREE extended cut of the single player just released.
If I were you, I'd try to be just teency bit more supportive/grateful/less bitchy/something. The MP, whether you like it or not, is extensive and could easily be played just as much as SP (especially at this point). I'm sure there's some other SP DLC on the way.
All this Free DLC stuff is quite awesome. I just hope some "Paid" content comes along. And by Paid. I mean something that really changes the way the game plays. (New Enemies, More interactive level setup, More interactive objectives.)
But yes, loads of people still play this. I've never had a problem looking for games.
Heres hoping the London map is sick! I live there I do!
The EC wasn't something they were forced to do. It was their plan the whole time. Remember when the game came out, and they explained why From Ashes had to be day one DLC? "It wasn't finished in time to be shipped on disc..."
You can look it up if you want, somebody here did an article about it. Jim Sterling iirc. EA damn near destroyed this entire series with their ridiculous rush to market. But oh well, it's not like we really want to go through that again, right? Far as I'm concerned Bioware fixed it and it's all good.
