I'm still hoping they release some kind of dynamic co op missions or something akin to what Brink did. Horde mode with random objectives wears on me.
Man, Bioware are really showing other devs how to support their multiplayer components! What is this, the third free substantial DLC pack they've released for it? Amazing!
I'm just shocked they're still doing this for free. The things they are adding are all good, but I think their MP needs new game modes desperately. I don't care if it breaks with lore, I'd take blitzball over COLLECT THE ENEMY INTEL for the bajilllionth time.
I'm just now starting to grow bored with it. I don't have the time necessary to keep getting cool weapons and new classes with just the in game gold. It's still fun to pick up for a game or two during the events with a friend who still plays, but other than that I don't play so much anymore.
It held my attention for a surprisingly long time, though, especially considering I don't usually play multiplayer games.

Its all about pacing, I play the game every other week so I have been having fun. The only disappointing thing for me is I still don't have any of the new characters from the last dlc.
I played the multiplayer so my galactic readiness would be at 100% and I think tying it to the single player was kinda cool. But it needs some kind of assault (from UT) gametype for it to have a lasting impression on me.

I still play it, certainly. Pretty damn addicting trying to get the characters/weapons from them devil boxes. Great to see some new content though.
Well that just sounds dandy! But I really do like how Bioware has made most of the DLC for Mass Effect 3 free, even if I don't play it anymore. Still good on em!
As long as they keep releasing this stuff for free, Ill keep playing. But a new mode might not be a bad idea.
Glad to see they're still on damage control lol. If only they had the new... Explanations in the first place. Then it would have been at least passable. The combat in this game is great which is why i loved the MP, got a bit stale if you played too much tho. Might have to give this a try.
Kinda wished they made the Multiplayer in this a tad more dynamic, or cinematic I guess. Make the map feel more alive and something is actually going on around the players. Not just some empty map with random objectives in a Horde gametype.

Well, these DLC's are free so far, so thats nice, but honestly I'd want more single player stuff. Theres got to be plenty of stories and crap going on while, or even after, Shepard is running around the galaxy, they should spice shit up by letting us play through those.
am I still enjoying getting free content for a game I like? hell yes!

Because this game clearly needed more content for the multiplayer mode that nobody fucking asked for in the first place. Don't put that time and money towards the single player content that made this franchise a fucking franchise in the first place.

Yeah, like somebody already said, the only times I really mess with the Mp now is to complete the weekend challenge and maybe play a small handful of matched afterwards just to try and unlock the new shit. Glad they added a platinum mode. That'llprobably get my buddies and I stimulated enough to start wrecking Geth on Giant again.

If I were you, I'd try to be just teency bit more supportive/grateful/less bitchy/something. The MP, whether you like it or not, is extensive and could easily be played just as much as SP (especially at this point). I'm sure there's some other SP DLC on the way.

I for one like the fact that they're supporting the multiplayer and keeping that community going for those who dig it. They could have just as easily half-assed the whole thing or made all of the DLC premium.
I've enjoyed the multiplayer, but I have to say more human characters is kind of a let down. More alien characters would be cool but playing as the humans is less interesting. We need Elcor and Volus n' stuff.
While I haven't played ME3's multiplayer in a while, it's REALLY nice to see more free DLC. I might just dust off the old N7 armor for this.
They need a new enemy. And I'd pay for that.

Yes I am still enjoying this stuff. Just. The missions and free updates keep me coming back from time to time, but I don't sit down and just plough through it like I used to. It can just take a long old time to get new characters.
But yes, loads of people still play this. I've never had a problem looking for games.

It's "free" in the sense that you still have to either grind like crazy to get enough Spectre Packs to unlock the characters/weapons in the first place, or you pay for Spectre Packs. That's why they're successful - nothing has truly been "free" besides the Extended Cut, and that was caused by forcing EA's hand.

The EC wasn't something they were forced to do. It was their plan the whole time. Remember when the game came out, and they explained why From Ashes had to be day one DLC? "It wasn't finished in time to be shipped on disc..."
You can look it up if you want, somebody here did an article about it. Jim Sterling iirc. EA damn near destroyed this entire series with their ridiculous rush to market. But oh well, it's not like we really want to go through that again, right? Far as I'm concerned Bioware fixed it and it's all good.
