I've been looking forward to this game since the first few screenshots were released nearly one year ago. Finally a new trailer has arrived on the Internets and I really like the premise of it. Those two psychopaths kind of remind me of the "Gecko Brothers" from From Dusk Till Dawn and as you can see in the first trailer, the game also seems to be inspired by Michael Mann movies, which is pretty awesome if you ask me. No specific release date has been set yet, but you can expect it to hit the shelves somewhere in Q4 this year.

I like the art direction, the characters are going to be unique and delicious, i hope this matches and exceeds my expectations... knowing IO interactive, it probably will. Their titles have been consistently great, and their engine is easy to get used to, so I'm really looking forward to this on the whole.
Can someone tell me the premiss of this title? Everyone's 'really excited' and getting a semi about it being like LA Takedown, but does anyone REALLY know what it's about????
Off the top of my head I believe those two, Kane and Lynch, are both on death row. Kane for killing people as a job, Lynch for killing people as a hobby. Somebody kidnaps Kane's daughter or somesuch, an escape occurs that for some reason involves Lynch, and an uber violent campaign of redemption and revenge ensues. Or something like that. I think most of the excitement is stemming from the heavy emphasis on co-op...hopefully splitscreen :)
They should release a CGI movie along side with this game. Shenmue II for the Xbox for example, when it came with a CGI movie of the first game included with SH II. NE hoot, this is goin to be a great games and been a fan of IO since the first Hitman came out years ago on the PC.
Well at least kayne and lynch don't look as shiny (like every character in Blood Money) as they used to when I first started seeing shots of this game.
