Okay, that's it. Somebody has to phone up Japan and tell them to keep their videogame titles to three words, minimum! Come on, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates? How's that going to fit on a birthday cake ... if videogames had birthdays? Regardless, here's a video for the upcoming DS title, courtesy of those crazy French fellows at Jeux France.

That's a gorgeous looking game right there, no? If it plays as good as it looks, Ring of Fates should certainly help to make the Crystal Chronicles series a much more respectable franchise. More from the Wii title too, please.

Phantom Hourglass and now this. I agree they are looking better. Is this game a live action RPG like Zelda 2 on the NES?

Personally my favorite Japanese game titles are one that run along the lines of

Looks really good. Reminds me of Secret of Mana, somehow.....a good thing :-)

The graphics look really awesome as well- DS just keeps getting awesome games!! Also, SE gets a cookie if it has coop wifi!!

Bah, the longer the title the better. Moero! Nekketsu Rhythm Damashii Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan 2 is the best title ever.

Looks better than the GC version(in that the characters don't move and attack as if their body is gradually transforming into solid rock). As for graphics, when it comes to handhelds, I care enormously little. Hopefully it'll have some manner of not mind numbingly boringly shit story also.

Looks like there's no miasma/chalice to be found either. Smart move, taking the worst element of the original game and axing it.
