Today, through the magic of space-wizardry, we had a very special appearance from Destructoid news editor, Conrad Zimmerman, to give us his thoughts on Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet. Jim Sterling's gave the game a six, so we find out what Conrad thought.
Also, have you seen these shirts? Or these shirts? So many shirts with bears! Bears are great. Go buy some bear shirts.
Finally, starting this Friday, every Friday episode of The Destructoid Show will be LIVE, at 3:30 PM Pacific time. That's 6:30 Eastern. We'll be done before Mash Tactics, we promise. We're going to have so much fun.

Meet the rest of the team
Yeah, I know. The problem is, the people who work in our studio don't wanna stay after work on a Friday. There's no other way to do it that doesn't interfere with Mash Tactics.
Great show! Seems to be posted earlier than usual, so I actually got to watch it tonight! :D
Evo2k was awesome. American Technology /'nuff said.
As for D3, anyone who played battle.net before knows that any character has to log in online to play, even if it's a solo game. It was always internet persistent. The actual 100% offline single-player game requiring internet is just stupid, though.
As for the auction house... do the people complaining not realize that D2 items have been up on eBay for YEARS? I actually sold a few items my self on blizzard games, so I don't mind this. My only concern is that traditional trading economy might dwindle into a minority because of how easily accessible purchasable items are. Trading was probably the best online aspect (ever since PvP turned to shit a year after LoD was released).
Chainsawing zombies as a hot chick? Awesome!
Conrad Zimmerstash's backlog is absolutely worth watching! I've never played MML2, so I'll live it vicariously through the show.
Damnit, I have classes at around 3:30 too. I will never experience the awesomeness of Max and Tara talking to random strangers live while Youtube users ask to see Tara's boobs. D:
That's it, you have to change the time. I'm at work still too.
Great show again though. I can't wait to not watch live on Friday because I'm at work, and then every other Friday after that. I mean every Friday after that. Wait no, it's every other Friday after this Friday, right?
I'm a fan of backlog, mostly because of Conrad's dislike or frustration of the games he's playing. He interacts more with the chat audience, too. Good to see him on!
Destructoid is an open discussion community. You don't need to "audition" to post a comment - just speak your mind. We respect differing opinions on the site, so have at it. Be smart, funny, insightful, clueless, or cute -- but back it up with substance. Keep your cool, keep it fun. We only ask that you act respectfully and above all: don't be a troll and ruin it for everyone else. Don't bring down gamers or we'll, you know, gently shoot you in the face and stuff you into a flaming mailbox. Each comment is your opportuntity to make this community awesomer. Is that even a word?
Avoiding the banhammer only requires common sense: spamming, trolling, racism, NSFW stuff, and other forms of sucking will not be tolerated. If anyone is griefing please report abuse. Be good. Don't suck!
Seriously though, Evo was great. I'm sad it had to end.
