I increasingly get the impression that you lot don't care about Darkspore. And it's hard to blame you for that. I had grave doubts about it when I saw the game earlier this year, but I came away impressed that Maxis was attempting to take the Spore property in a new direction that was actually pretty fun.
This trailer probably isn't going to change minds, either. It's gameplay footage with a lot of flashy (possibly headache-inducing) cutaways and words which don't effectively convey the concepts of the game. What Maxis really needs to do is get some developer diaries out there showing actual level runs and explaining the collection system. Until that time, I suspect most people will continue to view it as a title not worth their attention.
