Tired of the dozens of ways you can customize the look of your Vault Hunter in Borderlands 2? 2K Games announced today the availability of new DLC skin packs you can buy to shake up your style a bit more. Each of the playable characters has a new head and body skin available in each of three themes, which 2K has chosen to call, "Domination, Madness, and Supremacy," for a total of fifteen original, new designs.
The DLC items are being sold with the head and body items together for $0.99 (or 80 MS points) each, and they look pretty cool. It's nevertheless weird to think about paying money for cosmetic items applied to a character you never see because the game is played entirely in first-person view. I get excited by the prospect of looking at my unlocked skins, but actually paying for more of them seems like a lapse in judgment.
