I can't believe how frequently Ronimo Games has been adding content to the PC version of their 2D platforming MOBA, Awesomenauts, but I'm pretty happy about it. Today they've announced the impending arrival of yet another playable character, Skølldir. He's a massive mound of melee manpower, with a throw ability that launches enemies over his back and a ground pound. And his voice (which is pretty amazing) was supplied by Simon of Yogscast. Neato!
Not sure if I'm interested in playing Skølldir, but I can't help but be grateful for the variety. Every time they add someone, I get more game whether I play as the new character or against it. As long as it still feels balanced (something they've done a fine job of since the first update), I'm happy.

This past week, Awesomenauts turned one. Looking back, Ronimo has done a tremendous job with continuing to support the title on Windows and Mac. (I feel terrible for folks who only have access to it on consoles.) Despite not...
