This is in the data for Black and White and is one of the three event pokemon that they still haven't released. I guess they're only giving them away for Black 2 and White 2? It'd be nice if you could still receive them in the original games.
I thought you were fucking joking about Pokemon The Movie 15. I don't remember any coming out after 2. Then I looked that shit up, jesus moldy fuck that's a lot movies but with an Anime that large I guess it is still a booming industry.

With Keldeo and Meloetta we are just missing Genesect IIRC.

I wouldn't exactly call this a new Pokemon considering it's in black and white along with Keldo and Genesect. Granted an event unlocking this pokemon, Genesect or Keldeo have yet to be announced for the U.S.

Meloetta isn't a new Pokemon. It was already in Black & White but hasn't been revealed officially due to being an event Pokemon. Most people who visit Pokemon sites already knows who it is.
Also it's reveal isn't for BW2 but for the special short film that it stars in the upcoming new movie.
