In AMY, the player character is infected by a mutating zombie virus that slowly takes over her body. Only by remaining near a mysterious child called Amy can she fight back the contamination. This new trailer for the promising downloadable game explores that dynamic.
Although the main drive of the game is to not turn into a mindlessly violent monster, the video notes how remaining infected can have its benefits. There seems to be a balancing act in place, where you can keep your infection to avoid tough situations, but do so at the risk of getting too sick.
AMY is available on PSN, XBLA and PC, with a release date to be determined.

Lexis Numérique's Amy mixes dark survival horror with one long cooperative escort mission with space diseases and pissed off zombies. Sorry to make a call on a game I haven't played yet, but that sounds f*cking awesom...more
