Nolan North actually doesn't sound like every other voice he's EVER done? I'll believe THAT when I see it, err... hear it.
Nolan North is such a diverse voice actor. It's just that every developer wants him to play Nathan Drake now.
Nolan north is in EVERY game recently. He plays a N-gin from crash bandicoot, drake,deadpool,the tiger that is supposed to be like Fidel Castro from sly theives in time, and many more that I can't think of

Nolan North is a godly voice actor, eventually he will strike down Morgan Freeman and voice God. Then he will become God and his voice will echo through time and space.
Except Morgan Freeman has already played God, so he beat Nolan North there. Don't forget that whichever one makes it to Heaven first has to deal with all the best voices that have died.

The monocle just ruins everything. It's unforgivable.
I mean, having an insane asylum be taken over by a psychotic clown with an army of genetically modified mutant beast men is one thing, but the thickness of that eyepiece just destroys the realism for me.

Damnit Nolan, let someone else do a voice over! I know you're talented and more than capable of voicing the Penguin (even though I don't like you as Nathan Drake, but whatever), but take a break dude. You're going to overwork yourself.
If Morgan Freeman can be kept busy voicing Gordon Freeman, Nolan North can take his unoccupied position as voice-over God, leaving the role of the Penguin open to someone else, maybe Jim Sterling.
They should have just cut random quotes from the podcasts Jim is on and used those as the Penguins lines.

I was hoping Penguin would be a bit more like the dapper gentleman of crime seen in the animated series. This potrayal smacks a bit too much of Danny Devito's Penguin for me.
I smell a sequel to the Change Up. Nathan Drake is The Penguin and The Penguin is Nathan Drake. Penguin Drake is The Nathan, The Nathan is Penguin Drake.
Good job ruining the Penguin. He isn't a cockney chimney sweeper is he is an american high class outcast.
