The masters of spotting gaming trademarks, Siliconera, has found another. Namco Bandai has trademarked Heroes Phantasia as a potential title in Japan. That's really all we know for now.

The name instantly makes me think of one of my favorite RPG classics, Tales of Phantasia. Maybe it's some kind of spin-off? What else could it be?

Namco Bandai is okay with names, but they're not really that creative when coming up with new ones for related games and spin-offs. I'm sure someone broke a sweat trying to come up with something that didn't have "Tales" in the title.
