NA Club Nintendo gets some awesome Zelda love photo

While the North American version of Club Nintendo still pales in comparison to its Japanese counterpart as far as giveaways and benefits go, it's safe to say that the service does offer up some sweet stuff. In fact almost every time I see something that Club Nintendo NA members can get I say to myself, "Self, you need to sign up for that shizzle." However, I never do. Today I once again say that to myself as I am presented with the club's newest item, three Zelda posters to make love to hang on your wall.

Two of the posters are promotional items from Twilight Princess and Phantom Hourglass, which is awesome. However, it is the third poster -- a Club Nintendo exclusive -- that is tenting my pants at the moment. The poster is the Collector's Edition History of Link and it features artwork of every iteration of Link since his original outing up to Phantom Hourglass. There's also some text on the bottom that can't be read, but I'm sure it's appropriately epic. For 350 Club Nintendo points all three posters can be yours... if you sign up to be a member. I really gotta get on that.

[Thanks, SiK99]

Too bad you can't get them separately. I only want the timeline and I don't want to spend 350 coins on it.

Guess I don't have much of a choice.

That's pretty cool. I'd really like one with some retro NES Zelda artwork on it, though.

350 coins really isn't anything considering what they charge for absolute shit on there. I'm in for one, though.

Awesome. I guess this is the new "artistic" reward they said was coming this month. Been saving up my precious coin for something like this. The only other thing that interested me was the animal crossing card set (which ruled).
You think there is more to come? We can only hope...

Those look great! I've got about 450 coins saved up. Might be time to cash some of those in.

I am grinding my teeth right now. I never used the club nintendo up til now. I saw this, rush over to club nintendo. Register a bunch of games. Not enough, browse through my games again, found some more.

Damn, but I never linked my wii shop account to this. With this I easily get the points. No, I have to wait for the post-play survey to show up. How long does it takes?

Pretty excited to forget about these until they show up in a month, unexpectedly haha. I logged in and was sad to see I only had 320pts, but the post-play surveys only take like 5 minutes each, and all the ones I took were set up the exact same way.

Check out the japanese nintendo club page, they have the same posters full scale, with more detail.

Not to be a perfectionist, but the image for this article is wrong. The SNES Zelda (A Link to the Past) came before the gameboy iterations.

I love the Twilight Princess one -- That's my favorite artwork in any Zelda game.

For all the Nintendo games I have bought including the NintendoDS Lite I only get 180 Points?! That's fucking robbery!

Once I picked up the blue game card case they have on there I really haven't had any incentive save up for anything else. It's nice if you're a Zelda fanboy, I guess. I still only accept Link in his original version with the pompadour and foot long schnoz.

I only have 310 points and even though I'm not a zelda fan, I'll have to seriously consider picking these up when I have enough.
