Seriously, I'm not joking. You can play peekaboo with your baby by opening and closing your DS and saying "peekaboo" into the DS mic.

My Little Baby is a life simulation game where you raise a baby. Feed it, bathe it, change it, play with it (Technologic!). Fail to take care of your baby and Child Protective Services will take your baby away. Yes, really.

When you start a new game, you'll pick the baby's parents characteristics and traits such as race, hair color, eye color, and so on. After that, you're treated to some scenes of the fetus's life cycle and then your healthy little bundle of joy has arrived at your house (sadly, they skip on the actually birth scene). As the baby grows, it will learn to crawl, walk, and eventually even learn how to talk through your interactions with the microphone.

Since you're going at this alone (I saw no signs of a father, what a bastard), there will be a helpful nanny to help you care for your child. She'll give you tips and watch over the baby as you go on errands to pick up clothes, toys and food for the baby from the convenience stores that just so happen to all be right next to your house. The game will even let you take pictures of your baby and enter them into in-game beauty contests. 

So, if you enjoy taking care of things that poop, eat and sleep unnatural hours, then My Little Baby is the game for you! Look for My Little Baby later this year. Also, Fetus.

My Little Baby is a family-friendly game for the Nintendo DS that gives players the opportunity to raise a baby – all without the real-world messes, sleepless nights, or “terrible two’s.” Players start by creating virtual parents, whose unique characteristics – eye color, hair color, skin tone, etc. – determine the baby’s physical features.
