I fail to see how subscribing to a service that pays for itself if you want all the DLC makes you sheeple. Or buying the game at that price for that matter.
Lol but seriously tho, glad to hear that the CoD boys aren't getting raped as badly as before with dlc. I never respected activisions idea of dlc, but at least they seem to be trying this time and not just completely screwing the fans
Sheeple.
Heart.
That the kind of gamers who play a lot of CoD don't come to gaming websites. - There are loads of them on my friends list, and Facebook etc, but they're not what you would consider "gaming enthusiasts"
That's not a dig at CoD though, play what you play, enjoy what you enjoy!
Four months, and they still haven't fixed the lag issues. They've gone as far as to bring back region lock, likely because their other attempts have all failed. One of the devs implied one of the recent attempts actually did the opposite of what they'd hoped.
Four months, and they still haven't fixed the broken spawn system. They just keep tweaking the rules back and forth, ignoring that the whole system is broken, so that one month you spawn five feet in front of the guy who killed you and the next you spawn five feet behind them. Forget being spawned into active kill streaks, under dropping crates, in direct line of enemy fire, on top of three other people, and various other fails... People have been killed by their *own* Martyrdom death streak... (Die, respawn next to your own corpse with your live Martyrdom grenade waiting on the ground.)
Four months and Elite still doesn't work right.
After four months, one of the spokesmen has pretty much admitted that the developers' approach to weapon balance is a popularity contest. They are "balancing" weapons based on desired usage rates and the volume of player complaints, not the actual weapon stats. For nearly four months, people were explaining with numbers why LMGs were underpowered, and the developers ignored it, saying things like balance is subjective. Now the developers have decided to buff LMGs, not for the reasons players have given, but simply because the number of people using LMGs in the game isn't at the number the developers want. Even though half the shotguns are still woefully underpowered, the developers have pretty much admitted that they won't touch them again because too many players get upset when they are killed by shotguns. Final Stand and Dead Man's Hand have some major issues, but the developers won't even tweak them to something a bit fairer because too many players use them, and they don't want to upset all those users.
