I'll admit, I'd never paid much mind to Item Getter until this morning. However, after taking a gander at this action RPG, I found myself once again cursing my shabby Japanese skills and thinking that I live in the wrong country. This looks awesome!
Sporting an art style slightly remiscient of Studio Ghibli films, the DS game comes out in Japan on January 31st, 2009 and allows you to draw your own items in addition to the ones you find. I know, penis swords are going to be everywhere. Let's hope you can get into some online multiplayer with that. I'm not expecting a US release, so if you want this one get your importing fingers ready. Check out Siliconera for tons more screens from this interesting little title.
Hm, 5PB is involved with this? Just because they're doing the upcoming 360 ports, this has me interested...though my Atelier Iris fanboyism is already on alert thanks to the "item getter" title, come to think of it.
I'm going crazy just trying to figure out what he's saying! That is probably some of the worst engrish voice acting I've ever heard! But other than that and the title, it looks really neat.

Not only is this likely a Japan only game, but the english was so terrible that you can't understand the guy half the time.
