When do people play these? Anytime I'm at the computer, steam is a click away and my PS3 is on the other side of the room, both providing what I can only assume infinitely more gratifying video gaming experiences.
Why is it always Russians?
Russians arent the bad guys any more y'know.
Its like there our next door neighbour that we had a bad fight with YEARS ago, and now all they want to do is sit in there garden and drink lemonade and forget it ever happened but we just wont let it go and keep pretending there still throwing there shit over the fence in to our garden and there evil and need to be destroyed.
At least make it the North Korea or something vaguely more relevant...

Because people like free stuff. The game is free, ergo it's appealing. quantumriian would only have a point if he played this game and could list how it compares against other similar games in the genre.
My dad plays a lot of backyard monsters. Mostly because he's really picky with RTSes he's paid for. For example, he hated Shogun 2. And there hasn't been an. RTS he's really fallen in love with since Brood War.

I was only getting at "I can play Farm-ville or Battlefield 3" on the same platform but I would say that I am not the targeted audience of this game.
I want a new FUN RTS game though and I may try this Facebook version out just to see whats up.
