Sounds good, but certain games are better on XBLA. Example: trying to play super meat boy with a keyboard. Ergh. This one should be good though

Everybody barks that the 360 has no exclusives, failing to bring up all the really good exclusive Arcade games...games don't just come in a box anymore.

I actually prefer hardcore platformers like Super Meat Boy and Cave Story on a keyboard :( I feel keys give me more precise jumping than a stick. I can also press multiple directions at once to control my movement.

I also noticed that The Maw was also on Steam. Guess MS didn't fork enough cash to keep it exclusive this time.
I'd pick up Mrs. Splosion Man is it does pop up on Steam. I enjoyed the original on the 360 and I'm not against another one. Though I'd trade a million Splosion Man games for Double Fine to make some PC titles again.

I'm an odd one, I guess, but I use a controller and the d-pad with Super Meat Boy and such games. I might just be not used to it but the stick just feels wrong, not as responsive. In 3D movement it's the best though.
On topic I don't know anything about Mrs. Splosion Man except it's a platformer. I hope it'll have a demo

But you can use any controller you want on PC, and most of them have better d-pads than the 360. Also, you get a whole portal of user-made levels of SMB on PC that you don't get on the 360.

Gamepads: Yeah, I didn't forget...I installed drivers to use my ps3 controller via USB on my PC, works alright, beats buying that 360 controller to PC kit for however many outrageous dollars they want for it. Also the editor and free level portal for SMB is way worth it. I have the game on XBLA and my PC, both bought on their respective release days...but I always play it on xbox. Finer controls with analog sticks, and I'm always too lazy to get my ps3 controller from the living room...
I was actually just playing the original. I played it on and off a couple of times and finally sat down tonight and gave it a good hour. Up to the second world now. Good stuff. I agree with the general sentiment about more people playing!
I saw a 3 pack of Xbox Live Arcade games and splosion man , Limbo and trials I was thinking of buying it but I just left it might buy it another day though
