Midway has revealed some brand new Fatalities for its upcoming franchise milker, Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe. This week, Sonya Blade, Catwoman and Sub Zero each get their chance to dish out the pain, while remembering to keep things as blood-free as possible.

These particular Fatalities are a little dull, to be honest. It really is a shame that DC won't let Midway go all out with these, because I'd personally like to see more than necks being broken and ice people getting shattered. Midway is capable of greater sadism, especially with characters like Catwoman thrown into the mix.

Does anybody else see this as the last Mortal Kombat game? it looks so lame. Mortal Kombat is about the Fatalities! I honestly think this will be the last straw in mortal kombat's back and midway will give up on the franchise.

Sub zero has gone from a guy who RIPPED people's heads off (with spine attached!), to a guy who simple freezes them and shatters them into a million pieces.

Honestly at this point you'd think he'd be going for the eye sockets with a grapefruit spoon so he could have a go at the newly created orifice.

Also, Catwoman's fataility was just about the weakest in MK history.

WTF every video that comes out kills this game a little more for me. I think I might have to cancel my preorder since the story mode trailer came off as being retarded, despite having Palmiotti writing it. I was actually looking forward to this too.

Reminds me of when Super Nintendo had to release Mortal Kombat(the first one). Alot of the "Finishing Moves " were changed into more kid friendly versions of themselves. Sub-Zero's was actually the same type of move, freeze and smash. However, it didn't make the game any less fun.

However, that said, Sonya's and Catwomans are incredibly lame and anti-climatic.

Frist af all this is not a mortal kombat game basicly because it has no violence that is what made mortal kombt from the begging, the sick fatalitys that make you squrm in your seat... and now all you can do is break there neck?!?! (which is what should happen to the people who made this game) i will not lie the idea of mortal kombat vs DC is not bad but this just cant be called a mortal kombat game.

Well one word to say about this game...Crap. they should do to this game what they did to the E.T atari games, take them to new mexico and destory every copy... EVERY COPY!!!!!! This Not a Mortal kombat game its something made for a 5 year old that wants to play as batman and there parents will alow them to play... Mortal kombat is a game that has a ton of violence and gore and this one doesn't!!! I hope That they do destroy this game so it won't hurt anyone, anymore!!!

To all people who hate these fatalities and therefore the game: I own this game, sure not the gore-fest it used to be, and sure there is no create a kombatant mode, but in my opinion, its the best Mortal Kombat game yet

I am not a die hard fan of blood and gore. I of course have three small children in the home and this game was a christmas gift. It keeps my ten year old off my back about the M-rated games his friends are allowed to play and yet my six year old is still allowed to play it. Its a win win situation in my house not to mention I myself enjoy kickin butt with Kitana...My husband is a Subzero fan and the kids of course want to use Superman and Batman. If you have a family and want to play with an array of historic characters yet not alot of blood and gore, this game is for you.

i like captain marvels brutality.

the game is pretty lame, but its one of the few fighters i can play with my non-fighting game buddies and still have a laugh.

So I have this contest going on with my bf...I have only played this game 1 time and he is betting that I can't do a fatality by this Wed (today is Sat)! I will have to be his personal slave and I'm not sure I want to give 2 bj's a day for the next month so.........please someone tell me what who has the easiest fatality? I looked it up and it seems to be Scorpion but I'm not sure!!!!??? Help
