Valkyria Chronicles has been out for a good long while, but that doesn't make it any less amazing then when it first came out. In fact it may be even better now because its the kind of game you'll enjoy even more a second time with some extra DLC thrown in. It turns out that those late sales jumps the game had led Sega to believe the game should be fully supported in the U.S. with a brand new DLC pack called "Challenge From Team Edy."
The pack is the fourth one for the game and it will be hitting some time in winter of 2010. One would assume that that means the DLC is coming in January and not December of next year. One also assumes that this DLC pack will be the same one that Japan got last June and will be the final DLC pack for the game. That pack was made up of six challenges that focused on each class in the game. Anyone still spinning the ol' Valkyria Chronicles disk and going to be picking this up? Should keep you held over until the sequel hits.

I just beat it yesterday, I'm pretty interested in the DLC. It is an excellent game.
