More Resident Evil movies in the future? photo

I hated the first Resident Evil movie. It wasn't just a bad film, it was something that caused me physical and emotional discomfort as I watched it. It was like something Alex DeLarge would be forced to watch, and by the time one of the many "actors" screamed "You're going to have to work for your meal" at a group of badly presented zombies, I stopped watching. "No more Resident Evil," I groaned. "Not in my name."

Sadly, there was more Resident Evil to be had in cinemas, and even though Resident Evil: Extinction Or Whatever They Called The Bollocks was due to be the last film, the series could see an ironic and unfortunate rise from the grave, as Paul W.S. Anderson is considering yet another shameful festival of awful dialog and excuses for moderately attractive women to get their tits out.

"I’m just starting to talk to Sony about it," Anderson tells MTV. "I don’t even know if anything will come of it, but there’s a possibility it might happen."

Apparently, the biggest roadblock for Anderson is coming up with the right story, but let's face it -- that's never stopped him before. Things like this are the reason that I detest Hollywood. Oh sorry, one of the many reasons one could have for hating that screwed-up fairytale world of maniacs and people who are allowed to get away with being utter scumbags because they're apparently famous.

Where does it fit in the scale of bad movies? Catwoman bad? Elektra bad? Daredevil Bad?

Whatever they do, please Hollywood, quit encouraging Mila Jovovich to take her clothes off. I gag every time I see that woman naked.

Dear Christ on a pancake in November, another Resident Evil movie? SERIOUSLY. I don't see how anyone can fuck up Resident Evil. It's simple;

1. OMG ZOMBIES

2. OMG BAD CAMERAS

3. JILL SANDWICH!!111

4. ????

5. PROFIT!

And yet, this man, this scum of a man is capable of fucking up the series not just once, but three times? It sucks!

Anyway, enough ranting; I hope they abort this project and throw it in the trash.

I never bothered watching the first 2 and probably won't watch any future movies they make. I don't know anyone who actually enjoyed them.

Note to Sony: Go to Romero, beg his forgiveness, buy his script.

The worst part is he's involved with the live action Castlevania movie too thus he's destined to screw up TWO games that could have possibly been made in to competent movies.

They'd be good films if they never had RESIDENT EVIL slapped on as a title, I think thats what people subconsciously think.
1 was ok, 2 was terrible, 3 was good imo.

I don't mind the CG stuff you are doing Capcom, but more live action stuff I'm not sure I could put up with.

Now a Lost Planet movie, that I'd like to pay money to see.

I love bad videogame movies; they're hilarious. Gimme more zombie prostitutes and I'll be happy.

i'm with Chilly, 1 was OK, the cheesy acting made it feel like a resident evil franchise.
2 was totaLOLy funny.
3 wasn't too bad, quite well executed, by the same dude that did Mad Max no less. hence the desert flavour.

LMAO at killing crows with ur mind though.

I actually like all 3 resident evil movies.
My least favorite was 3 because it didn't follow what the second one set up, but it was good in its own right.

I would watch more. I like them, and I do not care that they do not follow the games story exactly, they are different mediums.

Face it guys, Capcom and $ony are exactly like Nintendo when it comes to RE, they don't care how much they have to whore out their properties as long as it returns some money.
