And the hits just keep on coming! I passed on a story yesterday about the dismal PS3 launch in South Africa where the retail staff apparently outnumbered the consumers in line for a console. It was tragic: The PS3's arrived late so the people milled around by playing Xbox 360 kiosks. As a charismatic host might say: "Don't even get me staaahted on The French."
Today, it seems that another international launch went awry when the PS3 demonstration in Finland turned into a spontaneous Cell-powered porn theater. Sources at MaxConsole cornered a wild monkey at the event that delivered this statement:
I just found out about the finnish ps3 launch last night and I heared that there was pornographic show awailable at the launch site. To my knowledge there was a behind the scenes show at the place and 18+ aged people could take a peek inside this madness? Anyways it was well covered on Finnish magazine called iltalehti: The news is titled Sexshow that shocked the gaming business.
