You always show game trailers for mainstream games, what about DragonBall Z Paint or Super Marathon for the Pippin?
For me, it will come down to boring system requirements. I'd love to get another copy for pc but I think it may be a little too pretty for my system. In that case I'm happy to wait until winter, start another playthrough and get terrified by the new bits.

Not gonna watch the trailer. If playing through Dark Souls taught me anything, it's how to be patient. Rather, how to pretend to be patient and not baby-shake my controller when other people are in the room.

@handy I don't think you should feel bad at all about supporting this dlc. Dark Souls was an entirely complete experience before this dlc was announced. The dlc only exists because we demanded it. I for one am happy for the opportunity to explore more of Dark Souls. I just wish it was coming sooner.
Well at least the trailer tells how to (probably) get to one of those new places. It seems like that giant hand with the eyes and mouth appears on the hydra lake and teleports you somewhere else. I always thought it was weird how it used to be a dead end
ugh, I'll have to get this on PC. I can't wait until winter to check this shit out. I sure hope their working on Dark Souls 2 at the same time as this stuff.

Actually, it's not a dead end. Save your game after you kill the Hydra and mosey down to that dead end. There will be a golem there to fight. I won't tell you what happens, but if you're a sorcerer you'll be in for a treat. ;)

I say save your game, because in DS that's like leaving and returning to an area, without the hassle of having to actually trek out of the area and back. :D

I noticed a box version with art book at the end of the trailer. Does that mean collectors edition for Prepare to Die edition?.
Double dipping and hoping they gimme an unlocked framerate. Would be amazing to see the game at 1080p/60fps. If nothing else though, I have to support Japanese devs other than Capcom putting their games onto PC. I almost want to buy the whotsit Yakuza developer robot shooter game, just so someday maybe a Yakuza game will come out on PC.
Been hoping for some new areas, great news. This is the DLC I've been waiting for. Wonder if it's a high level area though, cause I'm kind of tempted to roll a new character to play through this.
Considering I own the PS3 version and would wait for a Steam sale, I guess I can hold off till Winter. I'll gladly get both, though.
