i dont buy it
That seems like a really weak reason not to bring Tri G over... Really seems like another instance of Capcom not really even trying to test the waters on something that should do them just fine if they put the effort into it.. Specially considering how well they say Dragon's Dogma is doing for them here. Monster Hunter all ways seemed the same thing, just arranged differently.
the loading times should be similar to Dragon's Dogma.
meaning it only occurs if your branching into larger areas and not smaller areas like in the older games.
same with Lost Planet 2. the game is huge and it only loads when you went in the next big level.
MH games always loads in any new area so it kinda kills the pace a little.
it looks like they learned a thing or two with Dragon's Dogma.
though i want the animations of Dragon's Dogma to be more emphasize here.
im fucking disappointed with Capcom not bringing this titles here.
yet when the next Street Fighter or Resident Evil spin off or anything they always bring it ASAP.
what happened to Phoenix Wright series??? Chaos Legion, Darkstalkers, Onimusha, God Hand, or even the vault games liker Killer 7 etc.
at least Okami HD is coming, but we want more than that.
they might bring this though. MIGHT but seeing we still don't have Portable 3rd or even it's HD version. no Tri-G in sight things are looking bleak for the future.
at least i props Sega for trying to bring every Yakuza game here(still missing Kenzan and the Black Panther series) it's a compensation for them not trying to bring the Virtua Fighter series for a international audience a few years ago(we missed out VF4FT, and the 2 versions and revisions of VF5)
What a strange predicament. Given that the 3DS won't be getting MH4 until Spring 2013, a port or an update of that won't do the Vita much good right now. Hopefully Sony can work something out with Capcom to make Monster Hunter Portable 3rd G or something before the year is out.
Also MH3G is good stuff, i throughly enjoy the shit out of it.
And while we're talking Monster Hunter, how about U.S. release date for Monster Hunter TriG?
And there are still people playing Monster Hunter "Wii" online, up to almost 1000 folks most days, that's good considering you only need three other people for a full quest party.
Of course, most of them are Europeans. Haven't seen an American there in about a year.
Persona 4 would be leagues better on 3ds. Why the hell is it on the Vita, which is a lame console I don't want. It would have sold much better on 3ds, and drove sales even more. Stupid move on Atlus's part.
...Enraged yet? Ok, now that you know how annoying that can be, quite it. I have, as a Nintendo fan, had to listen to this nonsense for the past decade, and it hasn't gotten any less annoying.
It's funny people say that Nintendo has no games, or that their systems are awful, yet there are always great games that people always seem to want on them....
Why do you even have a 3DS?
Not sure how half a million would be considered "poor sales". Even if it didn't sell that well it's still in Capcoms interest to bring it here. There is a rabid fanbase here. Who do you think took a risk and bought those copies of Dragon's Dogma?
I played some of the PSP versions of monster hunter for some time with my brothers and cousins. However, it didn't click for me. I feel something missing beneath this grinding, I didn't know what is it.
Then, I played Gods Eater Burst, and everything I hate about MH series was addressed and made better in my opinion . I really enjoyed it so I'm looking forward to Gods eater 2
Now I realize what's missing in MH series, the Characters and story.
QFT. I played Freedom Unite on the PSP and Tri on the Wii. And found them so unbelievably boring.
@monhunhaters Quiet! Capcom might hear you and get cold feet again. Don't ruin it for those of us who love this shit.
Anyways, look, the solution is simple: Learn Japanese. Problem solved!
